Arthur H. Dickey: A Permanent Perspective

The
Artwork: “Arthur H. Dickey: A Permanent Perspective” was hung on the
second floor of Edina City Hall in 2005 to honor the late Arthur Dickey.
This collection includes 42 framed pieces with a wide variety of
subjects.
The Artist: Arthur H. Dickey, an Edina resident and registered
architect, had an intense enthusiasm for architecture and photography. He
was a Fellow with the Photographic Society of America (PSA). In 1981, He was
awarded Eastman Kodak’s Kinsley Trophy. Among his many accomplishments, he
was recognized by the PSA as one of the top 10 print exhibitors in the world
for over 15 years.
Funding: The collection was donated by Arthur Dickey’s family and
framed and installed with the cooperation of the Crosstown Camera Club.
