Subd. 4 Special
Requirements.
In addition to the general requirements described in Subsection 850.07, the
following special requirements shall apply.
A.
No parking ramp, garage or other structure, or any part thereof, shall be
located within 50 feet of the nearest lot line of any property in a residential
district used for residential purposes.
B.
The front street or side street setback for parking ramps and garages,
and other structures, shall be increased to 50 feet when the ramp, garage or
structure is located across the street from a property in an R-1 District used
for residential purposes.
C.
All exterior wall finishes of a parking ramp or garage shall be of
materials that are compatible with those of existing nearby structures and shall
be one or a combination of the following materials which shall be determined by
the Council in connection with the granting of a Conditional Use Permit:
1.
Face brick.
2.
Natural stone.
3.
Specially designed precast concrete units if the surfaces have been
integrally treated with an applied decorative material or texture.
