TE Miller Development LLC – 3101 & 3210 W. 69th St.
Initial project description:
The applicant is proposing to tear down the existing two office buildings
and construct two buildings containing retail space that would total 18,000
square feet. The applicant is also proposing to construct a 114-unit,
four-story apartment building located along the east side of the site,
adjacent to single family homes in Richfield. It should be noted the
applicant received approval for a similar plan in 2007. The proposals
require the following approvals:
1. A revised Conditional Use Permit for the apartments.
2. A revised Final Development Plan with retail building setback variances
from 35 feet to 20 feet from York Avenue and 69th Street; apartment building
setback variances from 54 feet to 35 feet; and a building height variance
from 50 to 54 feet for the apartments.

Edina Crosstown Medical LLC – 4010 W. 65th St.
Initial project description:
The applicant is proposing to tear down the existing two-story,
26,000-square-foot office building to build a 73,386-square-foot, four-story
medical office building with a six-level attached parking ramp. The total
site area is 2.02 acres. The proposal requires the following approvals:
1. Rezoning from Planned Office District-1 (POD-1) to Regional Medical
District (RMD)
2. Preliminary Development Plan and Preliminary Rezoning
3. Eight variances from RMD standards
4. Final Development Plan

Timothy R. Murphy – 5415 70th St. W.
Initial project description:
The applicant is proposing to tear down the existing gas station and
construct a new one-story, 8,863-square-foot auto repair center with car
wash. The building would be made of stucco and brick accents. The
approximate parcel size is N 185 x 168 x 160 x 260. The proposal requires
the following approvals:
1. Final Development Plan
2. Minimum lot size variance from 40,000 square feet to 34,517 square feet
to allow seven service bays on site.
3. A setback variance from a residential area from 110 feet to 75 feet.

Initial project description:

Hotel and Condominium project. The plat simply creates tracts for the

Initial project description:
The applicant is proposing to construct a 50-by-40-foot maintenance and
storage building adjacent to the existing tennis courts on Concord Avenue
adjacent to the school. The proposal requires the following approvals:

Rink Properties/Minnesota Made Ice Center -- 7300 Bush Lake Road
Initial project description:
The applicant previously received approval to build a rigid-frame
(temporary) structure as a third indoor ice rink. At this time, the
applicant is proposing to build a permanent structure in the same location.
This structure will also include indoor seating. The proposal requires the
