NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

THE EDINA CITY COUNCIL will meet at the Edina City Hall Council Chambers, 4801 W. 50th St., on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008 at 7 p.m., and will at said time and place consider the following:


Preliminary Development Plan and Preliminary Rezoning. Ebenezer Society. 7500 York Ave. S., Edina, MN. Generally located east of Edinborough Way, west of York Avenue and north of 76th Street West. Construct new assisted facility on campus.

Final Development Plan. Thomas Nelson. 3930 49 ½ St. W., Edina, MN. Generally located west of France Avenue and North of 49 ½ Street. Tear down existing building and build new building in its place.



All recommendations and objections will be heard at said meeting.
